Last Wednesday afternoon the children moved round the school and enjoyed making lots of different Christmas decorations which then came back to classrooms to make them look festive.

Time and Tide Badgers and Squirrels had a fantastic day at the Time and Tide museum. The children were split into four groups to complete different activities throughout the day. This included a treasure hunt, food tasting and life on board a ship, meeting a pirate and life as a naval officer. The children also explored the museum and enjoyed making the most of the sunshine at lunch time playing on a wooden ship.

This week Badgers and Squirrels have been travelling around the world with Hedgehogs and Woodpeckers. We have been to Australia, France, China and Egypt and some of our parents and carers have come along with us. We have been trying to make a noise with a didgeridoo, creating Aboriginal finger painting, building the Eiffel tower, making chinese lanterns, writing in hieroglyphics and much more.

Multi Skills The Year 2 children had a fantastic time at Diss High School participating in a multi skills sport event. They took part alongside other local primary schools and completed a variety of different activities. They had to climb over and through equipment, throw and catch and work as part of a team.
